If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within a designated window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you ensure the items are returned in the same packaging they were received in, or in protective packaging of similar quality, to prevent any damage during transit.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit your order history on thefittingedit.com and follow the steps outlined in our returns portal. You’ll be guided through the process to print your return shipping label and provided with clear instructions on how to prepare your package. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please note that final sale items, including but not limited to special promotional pieces, intimate apparel, and items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by law. Additionally, items purchased as part of a limited-time offer or bundle may be subject to specific return conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your exchange will be processed, or a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the update.
For exchanges, we will do our best to have your requested replacement item shipped as soon as possible. In the event that your desired size or style is not available, you will be notified and given the option to choose an alternative or proceed with a return.
